Sammi's album reviews...

Complete

Features: A fresh new look for Sammi, distinct new style
Realeased Date: May 2001
Recommended Tracks: "Firing Glamour "
"Not Necessary "
"Complete"
"Future"

At last, Sammi's long awaited Mandarin album is finally released. Admist the secrecy behind its production, "Complete" certainly deserved the wait. The album showcases Sammi with a distinct new look, singing in a distinct new style, different from much of her previous songs, yet quite similiar to "To Love". Perhaps a more mature style? "Complete" starts off with a dance track called "Firing Glamour" following up with a sensual ballad "Not Necessary". The title track "Complete" is very well written, and you could feel the sense of loss and loneliness described in the song when Sammi sings it. Similiarly for "Future", another ballad. A wonderful album by Sammi, no wonder she is the reigning Queen Of Pop, and the darling of Warner Records.
